        Rectangular compact electromagnetic chuck refers to the electromagnetic chuck whose pole distance is less than 1+3. It is suitable for clamping small and thin workpiece with surface grinder. The suction is generally 130-150N/cm2. It can be used for surface grinder, tool grinder and EDM machine to absorb all kinds of magnetic conductive workpieces for processing. It has uniform suction, high processing precision and is suitable for processing thin and small workpieces. Dense-pole electromagnetic chuck is a kind of electromagnetic chuck used in grinding machine. The difference between it and ordinary electromagnetic chuck is that the plate pole bar is different. The common electromagnetic chuck pole bar is basically 18+4, while the dense-pole electromagnetic chuck pole bar is basically 1+3. Characteristic: Dense-pole electromagnetic chuck is suitable for grinding thin and small workpiece. It can be customized for suction, and can also be used to make corresponding dense-pole electromagnetic chuck for milling machine.
